Delete your Haritta account

Haritta is made by Radix Software LLC. You can delete your account in the app, or here if you no longer have it.

  1. In the app

    Open Haritta on the phone you signed up with and go to Menu → Profile → Delete my account. Deleting only works from that phone.

  2. Without the app

    Enter the phone number of your account. If the number belongs to an account, we send it a 6-digit code by SMS once we have looked at your request. Then come back to this page and enter the code below.

  3. I have a code

What happens next

Your account is scheduled for deletion and you are signed out on every device. If you sign in again within 30 days, the deletion is cancelled. After 30 days your account and its data are deleted for good and cannot be restored.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings to stop being charged.

What we keep

We keep certain information where we must to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. If an account was suspended or closed, we keep its phone number in a one-way encrypted form so the decision cannot be bypassed with a new account. Records of administrative actions (who did what and when, without names, phone numbers or message texts) are kept for one year, and diagnostic logs for a limited period. A deletion request sent from this page is itself deleted 7 days after it last changes.
